Dr. Eva Talk & cookery demonstration
Dr Eva from RTE's Operation Transformation & ICA Bootcamp will be here in An Grianán on Wednesday 22nd February 2012 from 12pm - 4pm.
€10.00 per person - places are limited to so book early to avoid dissappointment.
Dr. Eva will be demonstrating some recipes from her new cook book and there will be an opporunity to sample them. Afterwards she will give a talk on weight management and healthy diet options.
